This document describes the GEANT simulations run to determine
acceptable alignemnt cross hair specifications, and the
expected signal to noise ratio for special alignment runs.
The resulting alignment uncertainty in the crosshairs is
calculated, assuming reasonable uncertainties in the beam
loss monitor performance. The signal to noise ratio for a horn 1
neck scan is also given. Finally, the effect the cross hair material
would have on the neutrino flux in the near and far detectors is
also computed using GEANT in the nominal low energy running configuration.
